Stolik dla 9 osób na najwyższym piętrze zarezerwowaliśmy z trzytygodniowym wyprzedzeniem, telefonicznie. Kilka dni przed rezerwacją przyszliśmy do restauracji, obejrzeliśmy sale i wybraliśmy tę na górze — pracownik zapewnił, że to najlepsze miejsce dla naszej grupy. Dzień przed wizytą wszystko zostało ponownie potwierdzone telefonicznie. Po przybyciu okazało się jednak, że posadzono nas na parterze, tuż obok otwartej kuchni: hałas, gorąco, zapachy i para były bardzo uciążliwe. Kelnerka stwierdziła, że nic nie wie o naszej rezerwacji i „nie może nic zrobić”. Cała atmosfera była niekomfortowa i nieadekwatna do poziomu restauracji. Rachunek wyniósł ok. 2500 zł, a mimo to nie otrzymaliśmy ani przeprosin, ani minimalnej rekompensaty (np. deseru czy kawy). Niestety, jesteśmy bardzo rozczarowani. Despite our slight delay (we informed by phone) upon arrival the table was not ready. We had to wait a while. We got the table itself in the aisle, on the staircase from where we could observe the vibrations of the grains of sand on the stairs while the waiter was serving other guests on the next floor. Moreover, the traffic of the waiters and other guests next to the table gave the impression of consuming a sandwich at a railway station, Food, a fish of considerable size but salt would be enough for a week. It would be ok otherwise. Borini soup, barely warm. Not impressive at all. Tiramisu with hard, dry biscuits , unsoaked coffee. The waiter did not care much once we complained ... (I think it was this manager Marcel) Waitress Ola, as if at the peak of menstruation mood, introduced a nervous atmosphere of haste. Forced politeness and a fake smile caused mental pain. Finally, to complete the process, the toilet. Just one, no men/women separated, with carefully served cleanliness, in the basement. Awkward queue at the door. The location and interior are fantastic, however it is very cramped and it is uncomfortable to dine, tables are small and it is uncomfortable to share dishes, have intimate experience and actually to enjoy tasting more from the menu The starters ware good to be fair ( we had tuna tartare and avocado carpaccio). For main we chose mussels with white wine and cream ( terrible and overcooked) and frittata mista ( mixed sea food) which was average. Related to the service, it was chaotic at best , the only thing which arrived correctly and on time was the bill. Bra priser och väldigt god mat. Skulle rekommendera att de köpte in fler filtar, som de kan dela ut till behövande. Samt vår kompis sa Raviolin var jätte god, men skulle behöva en dubbel portion, raviolin var inte mycket mat i. (Hon är inte stor i maten.)
